Our Column-Type Tilting Gravity Casting Machine adopts robust four-column frame structure and hydraulic tilting pouring technology. Controlled by PLC system, the tilting angle can be adjusted precisely to realize steady aluminum liquid filling with less turbulence, effectively reducing casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage cavity.
The equipment features strong mold clamping force, stable running performance and convenient mold replacement. It is widely applied for mass production of various aluminum alloy castings, including auto structural parts, heat sinks, aluminum grids and thin-wall housings. Available with customized worktable size, stroke and hydraulic configuration to match different casting mould requirements.
